- See our due dates and fines page for information on checking out material on reserve.
Instructors:
To put course materials on reserve, follow these steps:- Tell us what you want on reserve:
- Fill out our online Course Reserves Request Form or print out the book reserves form or electronic reserves form (paper copies provided at the Wendt Library service desk) and include them with your reserve items.
- Send reserve material to us:
- Email the Course Reserves Request form or files to wendtreserves@library.wisc.edu
- Send our forms and material through interoffice mail to: Wendt Library Reserves, Rm 205
- Drop off material at the Wendt Library service desk.
- Email the Course Reserves Request form or files to wendtreserves@library.wisc.edu
Important Information
- All copies should be single-sided, 8.5" x 11", unstapled, and have a 1/4" margin.
- Please allow two business days for processing.
- Barcodes and call number labels are attached to personal copies.
- If you want material to stay on reserve, please tell us at the beginning of every semester it is needed.
