Instruction Services

A class taught at Wendt Library

Wendt Commons library staff support teaching and learning excellence in the UW Madison College of Engineering, Computer Science, Atmospheric & Oceanic Science, and Statistics.

Instruction librarians promote research skills within the disciplines by providing customized information training for both undergraduate and graduate-level students. Our strategies include course-integrated library classroom and online instruction, tailored research guides, individual consultations, drop-in workshops, and more. Faculty and Instructors select what they and their students need from Wendt’s suite of library instruction services. Students can get individualized research guidance for their assignments.
